Suzanne R. Kiggin

Suzanne R. Kiggin is a 40-year veteran of the retail industry, with experience leading well-known brands across the apparel, beauty, home furnishings and specialty food sectors. She most recently served as senior vice president of operations for American Signature, Inc. and has held senior executive roles at companies including Victoria’s Secret and Cheryl’s Cookies. Her relentless focus on customer experience and operational excellence has driven value for consumers and shareholders alike throughout her career. In 2023, she was named one of Women in Retail Leadership’s Top 50 Women in Retail. 

Ms. Kiggin serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, where she chairs the Governance Committee, and chaired Inaugural Committees for Governor Mike DeWine in both 2018 and 2022. She is also a former board member of Ruling our eXperiences, a nonprofit focused on empowering girls and the adults who support them. The organization, which grew out of a research study at The Ohio State University, now provides programming across 40 states to more than 7,500 girls annually. 

Previously recognized by the Columbus mayor’s office for her commitment to the community, Ms. Kiggin has volunteered time and talent to causes across the region, including Pelotonia, Race for the Cure, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Ohio and the Upper Arlington Arts Council.
