
Annabelle B. Feibel
Graduate/Professional Student Trustee
Annabelle “Annie” B. Feibel is a second-year student in The Ohio State University College of Medicine and a research assistant in the Departments of Dermatology and Orthopaedics. Prior to beginning medical school, the Bexley, Ohio, native graduated summa cum laude from Duke University and helped shape key insights for national health-related organizations as a consultant with Guidehouse. In 2025, she earned the firm’s Rise Above Award, which recognizes employees who go above and beyond in demonstrating the company’s core values.
While a student at Duke, Ms. Feibel was active on campus and in the surrounding community. She served on the First-Year Advisory Council, University Judicial Board and Off-Campus Advisory Council and advised students navigating the conduct process as a member of the university’s Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards. She served as an undergraduate research assistant in both the Duke Center for Autism and Brain Development and the Duke Cancer Institute, where she advanced scholarship on autism and ADHD, and pain among cancer survivors who received pelvic radiation. Off campus, Ms. Feibel also volunteered at a number of organizations, including the Durham Children’s Initiative. This community-based organization aims to reduce barriers to opportunity for children and families in the city and empower them to achieve their goals.
Back in Columbus, Ms. Feibel continues to pay forward in her community. She is currently treasurer of Ohio State’s student chapter of the Association of Women Surgeons and volunteers time to La Clinica Latina, a free, full-service health clinic in Columbus’ University District serving Spanish-speaking individuals.
