Cindy Hilsheimer

Managing Principal

Cindy Hilsheimer is the managing principal of BeecherHill, a retained executive search firm founded in 1999. 

After starting in the Big 4 and serving in a variety of financial leadership roles for 15 years, Ms. Hilsheimer combined her passion for people, business, information and technology with her entrepreneurial spirit to form an executive firm with the goal of helping organizations achieve their goals by recruiting blue-chip leaders. 

Ms. Hilsheimer is ardently service-minded and maintains an ongoing commitment to community. Currently, she serves on the boards of The Ohio State University Foundation, Pelotonia, the James Cancer Hospital Foundation (current chair), the Center of Science and Industry (COSI), the Columbus Symphony, Ohio State Sports Medicine Institute (current chair), and complements a host of other community committees. In 2011, she was appointed as a director of OCLC (Online Computer Library Center) and chairs the Finance and Investment Committee. 

Ms. Hilsheimer has been the recipient of a variety of service awards, including the OSU John B. Gerlach Volunteer Award, YWCA Women of Achievement Award and the Fisher College of Business Distinguished Alumni Leadership and Alumni Community Service awards as well as United Way’s Robert S. Crane, Jr. Young Philanthropist Award. Ms. Hilsheimer is co-author of The Search Book: A Guide to Executive Selection

Ms. Hilsheimer graduated from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in accounting and was recognized as a Pace Setter. 

She resides in New Albany, Ohio with her husband, Larry; they have three adult children.
