A veteran in the health care industry, Erin Hoeflinger's career spans more than two decades in multiple healthcare organizations. She is skilled in transforming large, complex organizations and executing comprehensive company turnaround plans through senior leadership experience in both corporate and marketing-facing roles.

Most recently as Senior Vice President at CVS/Aetna, Mrs. Hoeflinger led the strategic, operational and execution plans for Aetna’s Specialty Health and Digital Consumer Health Companies, serving more than 17 million members and generating revenues of more than $3.5 billion with 7,000 employees. She also led the strategy to unite CVS and Aetna assets post-merger.

As the first head of this consolidated group, she led the largest process redesign for these companies, saving millions of dollars and innovating product bundles and market strategies to deliver outsized growth and value to their customers.

Mrs. Hoeflinger also served as SVP of all Commercial Business at Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield with responsibility for more than $30 billion in revenue and 16 million members. Additionally, she has served as President of the Ohio Blue Cross & Blue Shield for several years, leading double digit growth and developing technology to deliver direct to consumer online capabilities, as well as President of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Maine.

Mrs. Hoeflinger's many professional accolades include earning the Glass Ceiling Award from the Diversity Council and being named to Cincy Magazine’s prestigious “Power 100” list for seven years. She was also named one of the Cincinnati Enquirer's “Top 20 Professional Women to Watch.” Mrs. Hoeflinger sits on the Board of Directors for Midmark Corporation, a global manufacturer and supplier of healthcare products, equipment, and diagnostic software for medical, veterinary and dental markets. She has also served on the Healthcare Leadership Council in Washington, DC.

An Ohio native, Mrs. Hoeflinger holds a bachelor’s degree from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio

Mrs. Hoeflinger resides in Springboro, Ohio, with her husband and two daughters.
