On July 12, 2007, The Ohio State University Board of Trustees elected E. Gordon Gee as its 14th President, to take office October 1, 2007.

President Gee was Chancellor at Vanderbilt University and previously served as President of The Ohio State University from 1990-1997.

Welcome

The Ohio State University is conducting a nationwide search for president of the university to take office by the beginning of Autumn Quarter 2007. The Presidential Search Committee invites letters of nomination, applications (letter of interest, complete CV, and references), or expressions of interest to be submitted to the search firm assisting the university. Review of materials will begin immediately and continue until the appointment is made.
